SaniCart™ is a mobile sanitation/disinfection system designed for hatcheries and poultry incubation, aimed at reducing pathogens and microbial load in the environment. It delivers disinfectant as a very fine micro-fog (6–10 microns) that covers the room from wall to wall without leaving moisture or residues, also reaching difficult areas.
Compared with manual spraying or aerosols, it is designed to cover the entire interior space efficiently, reducing human error and minimising operator exposure to chemicals and pathogens, while saving time, labour and costs.
Features
Micro-fog droplet size: 6–10 microns (patented nozzle).
No wetting: the “dry” micro-fog provides complete coverage without moisture or residues.
Programmable: can be set to follow the customer’s chosen sanitation protocol (automation).
Models: available in 3 sizes, mains or battery powered, with 5 L / 10 L / 20 L tanks (depending on model).
Working pressures (energy efficiency): operates at low air (20 psi) and water (40 psi) pressure, with no drain required. Dispensing system with a patented nozzle that produces a fine micro-fog for even coverage.
