Fungicide

Fungal control in livestock facilities

Humidity, temperature and the presence of organic matter can encourage fungal growth on various surfaces and areas of livestock facilities. Its spread can compromise hygiene and make it harder to maintain a suitable sanitary environment for the animals. That is why livestock fungicides should be integrated into cleaning and disinfection protocols designed to prevent and control fungal contamination. In cattle facilities, where some areas are particularly exposed to moisture and organic matter, correctly identifying critical points makes it possible to establish specific treatments and reinforce general hygiene and biosafety measures.

Fungicidal treatments for large surfaces and production environments

Disinfecting houses, floors, walls, equipment and other large areas requires procedures adapted to the characteristics of each facility. Using an industrial fungicide means taking into account factors such as the type of surface, the level of contamination, the use concentration, the application method and the contact time. When large areas need to be treated, choosing a fungicide suitable for large surfaces and an application system that achieves even coverage is especially important. Proper prior cleaning and application in line with the established protocol optimise fungicidal action and reduce the risk of fungi persisting and spreading.
